This missalignment is causing the leg posts not to sit flush in the slots and the metal legs tend to pinch your fingers if your on the bed and have the leg. My son loves the bed and I am afraid if I return it for an exchange the replacement will also be the same way. I don't want to waist my hour worth of assembly time if its going to end up with the same issue. My solution is unfortunately placing masking tape around the top of the leg to prevent pinching. Maybe mine is the only one that is misaligned or perhaps other parents didn't notice it or see it was a big enough issue. None to less we are happy with the bes and my son couldn't be happier.If you have a mattress like we do (ikea memory foam crib mattress) that does not have an internal wood frame or coil springs, then the mattress sags badly as the mesh fabric holding the mattress on the bottom is stretchy and where the middle bar is humps up so kid sinks at head and legs and is uncomfortably supported by the middle bar What you need is a bed slat system that can support the mattress evenly throughout. The instructions themselves are not particularly clear, and they seem to be missing some key steps and hints. The print quality of the instructions were poor, adding to the problem. Many of the parts are rather flimsy, and our twin girls can be a little rough on them. But... the bottom line is that they love their beds, and that is worth the couple of hours of frustration I had assembling two of them. The photo is of them the very moment I finally got the second one assembled. They couldn't wait to climb on. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to beef up the canopy parts (even if you have to raise the price) and then get someone to rewrite and revamp the instructions. Label the parts. The closing time was 0830. The tray of cream cheese packages was found at 0945. It appeared that the metal profiles were removed. All the bins were set near the dryers with staff waiting to load the freshly dried clothes into the bins. More than 20 flies were circulating around the area and inside bins of soiled laundry. There was no inspection information recorded for any of the air-gaps or other non-testable backflow preventers installed throughout the ship, although staff stated that they were inspected in 2010. The two chemical dispensing lockers for the housekeeping department on decks 8 and 10 had backflow preventers installed at the water connection. These preventers were not on the list. The pressure atmospheric vacuum breaker installed on the medical center dialysis hose connection (Watts 289) was listed as a Watts 9D. This was causing the sections to separate in some areas and the surfaces are difficult to clean. The food and beverage manager stated that the ship has submitted a warranty claim to repair this insulation. When the piece of metal was removed, the floor of the compartment below was soiled. The racks below were empty. The integrated pest management plan indicates that night inspections should occur once a month. There was a potable water line that went directly to the spray guns in the bar. It was moved to a utility sink. There were food containers stored below. No condensation was observed on the food containers. According to the staff, a technician from the manufacturer was on board on the day of the inspection to repair the machine. This area was not open at the time of the inspection. This was corrected. These were corrected. According to the staff, the two hour temperatures were measured but not recorded. Also, according to the staff, pasta and potatoes were first cooled in an ice bath before they were placed in the blast chiller. However, the chicken, pork, and sausage were only cooled in the blast chiller. Per staff, there may have been confusion for AM and PM and the ship will switch to a 24 hour clock to avoid this in the future. Per the time as a public health control plan, the units would be used for time control only during service times. There was also cooked oatmeal inside this handwash sink. The majority of the food for the passenger buffet was prepared and cooked in the lido galley. The lido galley also had cook tops, grills and preparation areas. The closest three compartment sink was on deck 4, which was 11 decks below the lido galley. This was corrected. This was corrected. The ship was using the StarDoc system. Per the medical staff, the only report they were able to print included the following information: name, cabin, position, table, illness onset, total passenger and total crew.
