They were only minor cosmetic flaws to be expected with a piece of used exercise equipment. When I identified a glitch with the computer recording of my progress, the seller again graciously and expeditiously issued a new battery to address the problem at no cost to me. FIVE STARS! Love the machine though. Hard to find and have been looking for it for about the past 15 years.It is lightly used refurbished commercial quality machine. I have had no complaints about this machine or the service I received. Brie was my contact person at xcelleration, and she is a rock star. The delivery took longer than expected. This was all due to the carrier, they had removed it from the truck and stuck it in the corner of a warehouse. I contacted xcelleration and Brie was on it. She had found my unit and had it moved to a priority delivery. The unit was delivered 48 hours later. The unit shows light signs of wear, but it is used and refurbished. Mechanically the machine runs fine. Intermittently, it would show an error code, which was something to do with the elevator. The unit functioned still just flashed the code and would not lower until restarted. I called Brie and she had a technician to my house within 3 days. I bought the extended warranty, I highly recommend everyone do this. The issue was a 6 year old battery it was replaced under the extended warranty free of charge. I can't stress how well xcelleration did with this product. The battery issue isn't a shock to me.it's refurbished. Am so glad I picked up the warranty. I will certainly use xcelleration again since we are in the market for a replacement treadmill.I would suggest to anyone looking for a great unit. These are used at my LA Fitness in Atlanta - after COVID shut down our gym, I ordered the exact machine on Amazon - it was delivered in great condition and on time.Our elliptical was delivered about a month later than expected, then realized it wasn't working but not till much much later when I had a comparative reference.
